Abrasive Blasting Equipment

Wheelabrator offers a complete line of stationary, airless centrifugal blast cleaning machinery that throws steel abrasive material, cleaning items at a fraction of the cost of coneventional cleaning methods. Wheelabrator's direct drive blast wheels offer consistent production and superior preformance. The steel abrasive is cleaned and recycled, reducing disposal and minimizing abrasive costs. Several product groups are available, as well as specially engineered products to meet individual requirements. Whatever the product, Wheelabrator's stationary abrasive blast cleaning equipment provides the performance you can count on.

Barrel Blast

Wheelabrator's Barrel Blast machines are designed for cleaning large volumes of small to medium-sized parts. An endless rubber mill belt gently tumbles and exposes the parts to the abrasive blast. Single table, double-door swing and satellite mulit-table models are available.

Table Blast

The most versatile type of blast cleaning equipment, Wheelabrator's Table Blast models are ideal for large or heavy parts. Items to be cleaned are rotated ont he table, exposing the parts to the abrasive blast. Single table, double-door spwing and satellite multi-table models are available.

Spinner Hanger

Wheelabrator's Spinner Hangers are designed for high production applications where parts can't be tumbled, helping eliminate part breakage while providing superior finish coverage and quality. Parts are placed in a rotating chamber that provides total surface blast coverage, and while blasting occurs in one chamber the opposite chamber can be unloaded and then reloaded. Multi-chamber carousel, in-and-out, hanger tale and pass-through models are available.

Special Designs

Wheelabrator also produces special stationary abrasive blast cleaning equipment to meet virtually any need. Custom designed for specific applications, the models include skew roll pipe cleaning, in-line part and fixture cleaning, and pass-through cleaning models.
