Roto-Cycle II is targeted at the low volume wastewater generator as a cost efficient option for recirculating and/or discharge of industrial effluents. Some typical applications for Roto-Cycle II include:

Roto-Cycle II is comprised of three tanks in a single, fabricated unit. The waste water holding tank is located in the rear of the system for accumulation of waste water. This tank allows for the primary settling of solids and can be fitted with an optional oil skimmer. A float valve activates the pump in the holding tank, filling the treatment tank. A float switch in the treatment tank turns the pump off automatically and activates an indicator light, signaling that the treatment process can begin. The treatment process is designed exclusively for each application and consists of a series of chemical additions. The chemicals are added according to the preprogrammed sequence in the controller. The sludge is then dewatered by flowing through the indexing filter media.
