The Rinsepure Oily-Water Recycling System is the solution to your oily waste water problems. The Rinsepure System separates the clean water from oily waste water through the process of ultrafiltration. The process is accomplished through the use of a semi-permeable membrane, particles smaller than the membrane pores pass through, while larger particles and oily water emulsions are rejected and concentrated. The Rinsepure Recycling System is versatile: 1) it can allow the cleaning solution to pass through the membrane while rejecting the oil and dirt; or 2) remove the cleaner and the oil and send the clean water to the drain or reuse. The versatility is achieved by the selection of the proper proprietary membrane cartridge and the cleaner being used. Reductions up to 95% of the waste volume can be achieved. Wash solutions can be recycled continuously or on a batch basis. The Rinsepure system is complete for unattended operation. It is designed to be portable to allow for use anywhere in your facility.
