TUMBLING MACHINES

TUMBLING MACHINES ARE OFFERED IN (3) STYLES.

1. BENCH TOP:
   Machine capacities of 2 qt. to 2.2 cubic feet are easily obtained by selecting combinations of our
   3 barrel sizes with (1) of (4) available drives.
2. TILTING CONICAL:
   Available in (5) sizes 1,4,9,18 & 36 cubic foot capacities. Tilting machines are the fastest to unload.
3. HORIZONTAL:
   The workhorse of the barrel tumblers is available in (10) sizes, 4 through 70 cubic feet

SCREEN SEPARATORS

RAMPART SCREEN SEPARATORS ARE AVAILABLE IN (2) TYPES

1. RECIPROCATING:
   These are single stage separators using a back and forth motion to separate parts from media. The stroke is adjustable from 0- 1-1/2". There are (2) Standard models available.

   speed drive to provide slow/ gentle or fast/aggressive separation. The dual stage deck allows for numerous separation possibilities. There are (4) standard models available.

VIBRATORY TUBS

THERE ARE (2) STYLES OF VIBRATORY TUB FINISHER.

1. SINGLE SHAFT:
   The single shaft is the most economical style. It is used in most routine deburring and cleaning processes. Capacities of 1,2,3,5,10 & 15 cubic feet are available.
2. DUAL SHAFT:
   The dual shaft style is the workhorse of the industry.
   It is the unit of choice for heavy duty deburring as well as very delicate steel ball burnishing. Capacities of 1,2,3,5,10 & 15 cubic feet are available.
