Immersible Transducers Convert your existing rinse tank or soak tank into an ultrasonic cleaner or ultrasonic rinse economically using immersible transducers. Combine immersible transducer layouts to concentrate the ultrasonic activity to a specific part or basket size.
Custom Designed Multi-Stage Systems
MassTechnology will design and build systems specifically to meet your cleaning, rinsing, and drying needs. Two, three, or more stages, immersion, spray, and/or cascade rinsing options, sparge systems, D.I. water operations, forced hot air or centrifugal drying, automated parts handling and more.
Detergents MassTechnology offers a full line of basic cleaning detergents. The concentrates are specially formulated for ultrasonic cleaning and to meet EPA, OSHA and local use and disposal constraints.
Filtration MassTechnology provides two standard filtration systems for use based on tank capacity.
Suggested for the 3, 6, and 13 gallon tanks is the Model RFP-345, 5 GPM magnetically coupled, centrifugal pump with a single disposable filter element. Construction CPVC.
Suggested for the 22 and 36 gallon tanks is the RFP-545, 10 GPM magnetically coupled centrifugal pump with three disposable filter elements. Construction CPVC.
The 10 GPM Model is also available in a stainless steel model.
Here's why MassTechnology Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems meet your highest standards. Quality features built into every transducerized cleaning tank:
- Drip-safe lip of polished stainless steel - wide enough and strong enough to support the tank in a drop-in installation.
- 11/2 inch fiberglass insulation to maintain tank temperature and to protect the machine operator.
Optional front or rear mount drain system. (Front is standard unless otherwise specified.)
- Independent power light and independent thermostat response light indicate system status at a glance.
- Heavy industrial rubber feet to support table model applications and installations.
- Stainless steel, drain-to-center tank lid eliminates excessive condensation on tank lip exterior.
- Stainless steel enclosure protects all components from damage.
- Removable bottom panel, front panel, and side skirts for easy service and inspection.
Generators & Transducers MassTechnology offers a variety of Ultrasonic Generators and Transducers to meet your cleaning system needs.
The unique "DuoStack" transducer design function is called "MultiFrequency Operation" (MFO), an operational mode which provides the penetrating ability of the higher frequencies along with the heavier duty cleaning power of the lower frequencies. Two frequency ranges are offered: 40-90kHz, which is ideal for most cleaning applications, and 25-75kHz, which is better suited for cleaning massive items like heavy castings or large multi-cavity modules.
